Terms & Conditions – okeygames

1. General

§ 1.1

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okeygames ("okeygames", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the okeygames website available at https://okeygames.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

§ 1.2

By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the okeygames platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the okeygames Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

§ 1.3

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the okeygames platform and must not register an account or place any wager.

2. Eligibility & Registration

§ 2.1 Age Requirement

The okeygames platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Under applicable Philippine gaming regulations, persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from accessing online gaming services. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. okeygames reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

§ 2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals physically located in the Philippines. Access may be restricted or prohibited in certain other jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okeygames complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. okeygames makes no representation that the Service is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

§ 2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on okeygames. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. okeygames uses technical and identity verification measures to detect duplicate registrations.

§ 2.4 Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly in the event of any changes. okeygames shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

§ 2.5 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, okeygames will request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation, which may include a government-issued photo identification (such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in a hold being placed on your account and withdrawal requests pending verification.

3. Account Security

§ 3.1

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okeygames login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify okeygames immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

§ 3.2

okeygames will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to come from okeygames that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected].

§ 3.3

okeygames strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All activity occurring through your account while authenticated will be treated as authorised by the account holder.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

§ 4.1 Currency

All deposits, wagering activity, and withdrawals on okeygames are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okeygames does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

§ 4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals may be made via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. okeygames may add or remove payment channels at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

§ 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your okeygames account within minutes of transaction confirmation by the payment provider. okeygames is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's bank.

§ 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya typically complete within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. okeygames reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds.

§ 4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

okeygames generally requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

§ 5.1

okeygames may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

§ 5.2

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

§ 5.3

okeygames reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors — may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

§ 6.1

All games available on the okeygames platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, physical equipment operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are determined independently of okeygames.

§ 6.2

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within the information panel of each slot game. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

§ 6.3

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned to the Players' accounts. okeygames is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including disruptions to internet connectivity at the Player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okeygames platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using third-party identities
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your account

8. Intellectual Property

§ 8.1

All content on the okeygames platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, and database architecture, is the proprietary property of okeygames or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

§ 8.2

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the okeygames platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from okeygames.

9. Responsible Gaming

§ 9.1

okeygames is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time alerts, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (temporary self-suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.

§ 9.2

Players who wish to activate any responsible gaming tool may do so directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

§ 9.3

10. Limitation of Liability

§ 10.1

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okeygames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or gaming losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet outages, or events outside okeygames' reasonable control.

§ 10.2

okeygames' total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a specific incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

§ 11.1

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the okeygames platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

§ 11.2

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to attempt to resolve disputes through okeygames' customer support process, which includes escalation to a senior complaints officer. okeygames will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

12. Amendments to These Terms

okeygames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the okeygames platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
